The story with the 15-year-old It's obvious why the mother doesn't want her to be at his house. Let's face it. She had her at 15. She's 31 and half the time when a female gets pregnant sometimes she's the one that's left with the child, and the guy doesn't have nothing to do with it. So she wants it to be under her supervision. Now if she meets with the parents and set strict guidelines, then maybe this could be a happy compromise, but I totally understand how she feels

This girls mom doesn’t want to become a grandma (aka mom of grandbaby) cuz ur only 15. This gfs mom is smart. And no mother there…. Guys are more relaxed and ok with young sex. And sadly dads tend to encourage it. Women on the other hand being the ones who typically have the child full time suffer the consequences. So no woman there means even more likely.

i used to live with this girl, she would come in my room sometimes but only really when i was in there, at first. i didn’t grow up with a lot of money so ive always taken really good care of my things, and she wasn’t like that so we didn’t have the clothes sharing type of relationship. well, i started noticing that my clothes would go missing, and a lot of times she either wouldn’t return them, or they’d be returned damaged. i also have a perfume collection of expensive luxury brand perfumes, and she i noticed that she was using them as well, so i got a lock on my door and started locking it every time i would leave. this put a stop to the issue of her going in my room, but she would still steal my clothes from the dryer. i would be switching her laundry out so i could do mine, and find my clothes mixed in with her stuff. even my expensive, sexy underwear, which was so gross to think about. i started only doing my laundry when i was home so she wouldn’t have the chance, but i was still noticing my food going missing. we were friends so it was extremely awkward to confront her about this sort of thing, and there was a couple times where i tried to just nicely bring it up, and she would blame it on other people. she literally blamed one of her other friends and said she must have come over and went through my room when everyone was gone. i knew she was lying but just was like okkkk girl lol

i have so many like awkward/ bad roommate stories but, earlier i was reminded of my living situation a few years ago, when my roommates friend would be over allll the time but wasn’t paying or contributing anything. he literally had a whole gaming desk and set up in our tiny living room, and was like unhealthily addicted to gaming so he would be in that chair like 24/7, and i would cook things for myself and make enough to have leftovers, and he would be like “you gonna eat all that?” or, just not even ask, and eat the rest when i left the room and then deny eating it. it was soo irritating. he was kinda a mutual friend like i was friendly with him when he first started coming over but he quickly wore down my patience lol. at the most recent house i lived in with roommates, everyone but me was single and sometimes my bf would come over. they said it was uncomfortable for us to close to door when we were in my room together, because they didn’t wanna “wonder what we were doing in there” and i was like wtf okay ig i’ll leave it open, so i started leaving it open, and then they would complain (behind my back, to eachother) if we were like laying together watching a movie or something that they “don’t wanna see that” it pissed me off soo much. i went on a whole rant to my roommates, like they never saw anything suspicious in the first place, not like we’re gonna be pip pipping the diddly doo with the door wide open, but even when i have the door closed they’re uncomfortable? can’t win with some people

same one of my roommates boyfriends was over everyday and then one day we saw he brought a car full of all of his stuff and our roommate just wasn't gonna tell us he moved in... so we had a roommate meeting and we were like ok well number one - u didn't ask if he could move in but now that he is moved in he's gonna need to contribute lol. & she said that it shouldn't matter bc they shower together and use the electricity together so he wasn't adding any extra $$ to ant of the bills. like HUH??? HAHAH. OK then I will shower with y'all too and not pay rent like what the hell are u saying girl

Crying in the street over a first relationship is so real 😭😭 my first relationship lasted from when I was 16-20 and it was so toxic but really thought I was gonna marry this boy. At that age it’s so hard to fathom that your first partner isn’t necessarily going to be who you marry, especially growing up in the baptist church. But first relationships teach you so many lessons that you need so bad for later.

Also! Being picky about friends is so valid. I’m also 26, and I feel like it’s so hard to make new friends bc I see traits in some people that remind me of past bad friends.

@ I do believe first relationships can work out for sure! But if down the road things just don’t end up working out, just know that it’s not the end of the world even if it feels like it at the time 🫶

The tiramisu thief is her friend of over 6 years and part of the core friend group… don’t get me wrong I would be pissed she ate my dessert but like maybeee something is going on? I can’t believe they are acting like that to their friend. If one of my closest friends was suddenly stealing a lot of food, I’d be more worried for her than anything. I would not be going to our landlord wtf
@jamie.nelson9818 күн бұрын
idk its just hard bc they have talked to her about it so many times and she still does it. I guess it depends on how they are bringing it up to her - they might be thinking they are telling her to stop but are actually being passive aggressive about it??? idk!!

Girl join a book club even if it’s a virtual one (but in person is better to make friends) or maybe even create a facebook group and start a book club for girls your age. That’s an easy way to make friends while doing your hobby :)
