Hello Nate. Love your content. I am an indigenous purhepecha artist and crafter for the inter tribal community. I carve bone and many other traditional ntv crafts and recently got into rock hounding. I would really appreciate it if you can reccomend some good areas to gather stone that i can carve? I am in the bay area in nor cal but dont mind traveling for the good stuff

That is the skull of a Giant with the mushroom. I can't help but seeing giants of old each time I watch one of these vids. Several times I saw a skull with the eye orbits when you were climbing around. Even though there's lots of water/human damage, I still see it.

Hi: I've been listening to your video for nearly a year and enjoying them very much. Your channel is probably in my top ten in terms of viewing. I've been subscribed and using YTube. But today my link to your channel had disappeared. Now my computer has been doing weird stuff. Don't know why. More tech advances seem to bring more weirdness. Anyway just wanted to mention. I've resubscribed and will do so again if they delete me/you. Keep doing the great videos.

@@marktaylor1700 thank you so much that was really supportive and good to hear, at the same time kind of distressing and disheartening to know that this is happening and you're not the first one to tell me, your subscription and Views matter so much it's really sad that the machine seems to be purposely doing this to people, I appreciate the support so much thank you thank you

Dude, you have a very well trained set of eyes! I would have missed the mantis. She blended in perfectly! The tractor was cool, too. Nice finds! Especially the Civil War button and thimble. 😊

If the season is all year long it is not a "season" by definition. It's a year.
@QuestForDetails
@QuestForDetails 6 күн бұрын
@@srf2112 if your referring to my channel 's seasons, they end in December each year and the new ones begin on Jan 27 . As far as a show is concerned it's season runs until it ends, and a new one begins, it's not a weather thing. But a choice of the creators.

Where is that dirt road that goes up there off 395? North or south of the gas station?
@QuestForDetails
@QuestForDetails 9 күн бұрын
north from the station about 20 mins up the road......about 10 miles, im seeing a gate on google earth, might be for cattle, its public land on CA side claims near top and big pay to dig on top, if gate is shut close it behind, crystals are found mostly up on slopes of the mountain, bring water, goodluck ! bam has active claimed listed, and they were marked last time I was there with corner markwers.

Back in the 70's I read there was a field in Arkansas where the owner would charge to let you dig all day for diamonds and quartz. It is said he's till the field now and then and if you looked over the field at sun rise you could see the sparkling to go get them.

Thank you Nate, your wonderstone is fantastic, the landscapes in them are beautiful. The sun sunset is glorious. When I was younger, I used to lay on the grass, watch the clouds, and the shapes in them, and just feel the world turning slowly. I miss the feeling that gave me . Thank you x❤

Hello from northern California! Thank you for the share, Nate! After approximately 5 years of what I call Medical Fiascos, I went on my first rock hounding adventure in a long time. I took four of my grandchildren. The youngest brought two bags in order to collect rocks. LOL.... He is my rock hound! I found a beautiful rock, quartz, but it had the most beautiful patterns in it. It was too big to carry out. We were hunting on the Yuba River. My grandson, who is 7, went back and dug the rock out. I didn't know he did this until we got home. The trip back to the car was quite a hike! The weather was absolutely beautiful! Sunny but cool. I am happy all is well with your family! Bright Blessings & Many Smiles!
