I was rejected under 214(b) in 2023 when my wife was in my final semester and I put my wife’s cousin as my sponsor. But now I have savings in my bank account. To get the visa approved, Who would be good to show to pay for my trip? My wife or self sponsor?

I will be glad if my visa is finally approved...

What happens if an applicant has a strong letter of support from university that he/she applied. Does that help to issue the visa?

Hi, i mentioned only a bachelor's degree on my Ds-160, I thought we are supposed to mention the highest earned degree only. So, would it be fine to give an interview with it or should I update my ds-160 form? please let me know

Hey sir , my sister get rejected under 214 to visit me in usa bcoz i m sick due epilepsy. I just wanted to see her and visit me , but he reject her on no time , wen he asked her if she work and she say no , and he asked her if i m us citizen she responded yes , like she just said yes and no simply to question asked , and her trip was intended to cover by ny father funds who stay on abroad. I think it is over simplifying.... in many cases they simply say administrative processing needed and don't ask for any particular doc, at the end it takes 4-6 months to get it sorted.... and if the person already has a US job by this time he will loose the job and the visa becomes useless

I am from Bangladesh . I have given always specific answer to my VO . And not short answer of question. I have experienced 4 times interview at US Embassy in Bangladesh with full family since 1999 . Recently approved on April 2024 . Every time visa is approved for my specific , detailed answer on my physical interview . Some times I applied for Dropbox , that time no interview. Visa is approved. But in 1992 , 1993 visa is denied.
