Hello sir I am a Indian citizen and currently iam in US ON J1 TRAINNE visa sir in ds 2019 the officer has marked that iam not subjected to 2 years home recidency but my visa says that i am subject to 2 years home recidency and iam really confused as they made some mistake so can i change it please help as my friend on the same visa has 2 year home recidency not required

Hello. I just wondering and want to ask you this. I went holiday on Moscow, Russia for a week last November, and i want to apply for US Tourist Visa, do having previous travel to Russia have a negative or positive impact? Because there is a rumor that having gone to Russia have negative outcome as it is on a on going war with Ukraine, thank you.

25 min interview........when the channel ex VO say that interview is between 2 to 3 mins. Strange

It’s longer in his case because, he has had prior refusals and now he has to overcome those refusals by answering the questions with more details.

Most standard F-1 and B1/B2 interviews are very short-- between 2-5 minutes on average. But, there are complicated situations and some visa types that have much longer interviews.

this is a wrong testimony because of the following reasons; 1.there is no visa interview that can last 25 minutes, that's quiet lengthy and unrealistic. 2.The first thing to do is to greet the visa officer,visa officer has no time listening to "Long answers, introduction" Long answers will make the Visa officer interrupt you before you finish and those are interview problems that leads to rejection.On the other side,gving short answers that are relevant to the question increases chances of getting Visa approved.

1. This absolutely is possible. While it's rare, it does happen. 2. We help applicants find the perfect balance in presenting full answers that aren't too long for the Visa Officer. It's a strategic process and one-word short answers is not a good strategy. The Visa Officer is often on a high time pressure, but giving longer answers can actually help lead them to a decision quicker so that they don't have to ask as many questions - which ends up helping the Visa Officer!
