I am certainly not one to give YOU advice on your amazing thumbnails and titles. But I happened to glance at the recommended videos on the side screen, and one from 4 months ago ASMR ULTIMATE Scalp and Hair Treatments | 3 HOURS TINGLES The Healing Room ASMR only had 37K views. Huh, that's odd! But I could instantly see the problem . . . it's quite different than your other thumbnails, it's more zoomed in, and you appear quite perky. For most other subjects this would work, but your key theme seems to be eyes closed, less zoomed in and a facial expression of either relaxation or absolute calmness. I would guess, if you swapped this to one of you with your hair behind you, eyes closed and water gently pouring over your scalp or someone's (person unseen) hands massaging your scalp (maybe a stolen thumbnail clip from the video where you had your own spa day?) I bet it would spike in views after a few months :)

ASMR class session for minor head fog and headaches sounds good. With the weather switching from hot to cold this time of year, the transition sometimes brings slight allergy headaches with it. So more ASMR the air is needed, lol
