Just 3 days ago I had over a foot cut off the length of my hair. The chronic daily migraines have taken a toll and my hair just becomes what my children have deemed as "the cowardly lions mane". I'm so sad because it took me years to get to that length, but I must also say, my head feels lighter and I'm praying that with the next really severe episode my hair will fair better. I would love to have this experience in my real life! Thank you, Dee. It's really nice when someone takes time to focus on headache ASMR!!

I love the Chopsticks Trigger. I'm one of those weird people who gets tingles with some triggers but not with others but yet everything is so so so relaxing. In the case of this trigger, I'm not getting the tingles but I am getting this weird feeling in my ears like someone has stuffed them with cotton balls. wrapped my head in fluffy scarves and then started massaging the ears in small circles.

Haven't had a physical headache today as much as an emotional one, Specifically my uncle, and trust me, it's just as bad as any migraine. He's physically and verbally abusive and has no respect for women. Had to spend the weekend with him because my grandmother didn't want to go to a Cherokee Pow Wow with him alone again. He has a way of sending my self esteem down into the dirt that you wouldn't believe how much Headache treatment ASMR helps for this

Dee I've actually got a tension headache I had an eye doctor appointment because I have to go every 6 months because I have macular degeneration the onset of glaucoma so if I'm not tested regularly I could go totally blind. I've been nervous all week with my anxiety and I'm scared I could go blind. One eye got worse one eye got better.
