Get rid of these. At 15k miles i had a new transmission put in. Currently on recall and im being told i cant charge it and shouldnt park it near my house. So yeah.... get rid of it.

With all the bad press coming out on Stellantis now, it seems like there are some big discounts on new Wranglers since the dealers have so much inventory to move. Once dealer in my town has $18k of discounts off sticker right now which I think includes the tax credits. Might be the time to purchase a new one.

Awesome video Bro! Great job… QUESTION… how do you know when to get an oil change if you are unaware how many “ Electric Miles “ you have??? 🤔🤔🤔

@scottpretopapa7026 the car will tell you. Either way, it's good practice to change oil at least yearly.

I love how it looks but, at least in the US, the charging infrastructure that should've been there to accomodate the slower charging rate and lower battery range doesn't exist for this car to be useful for trips out of the city like how a Subaru owner would be used to. It would've been better off as a hybrid; the country and tech isn't quite there yet for full EVs.

This is way more informative than a lot of other reviews on this car where they just read the specs and say to get a Tesla. Looks like a solid car even though the EV part is lacking. As a Honda person I'm glad you didn't criticize it for being a Toyota like I've seen others do.(in fact it makes me want it more) Another thing to note is I know this is a 2024 but last year's solterras are super cheap (20-25k depending on trim vs id4,mach-e ect that really can't be had for less than 30k used) seriously considering one. Any thoughts?

I think if you're aware of the range and it fits in your life, it's a great vehicle. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't test drive a couple competitors, though. The build quality is great and ground clearance is class leading. I appreciate your comment and am glad you enjoyed the video :)

I loved to hear your story with 4XE. I agree 100%, me being a new owner of an used 2022 Rubicon 4XE(bought 1 month ago and my first full gast tank has not passed 1/4 yet) although I drove almost 800 miles already so mustly on the EV motors. For those commuting up to 40/50 miles a day I believe its an awesome car with amazing combined mpg. I love the torque and how it drives and Jeep hit the ball park with this one. BTW, mine has the same color. Towing and constant high milage highway trips are not ideal for this vehicle. I only do 2 or 3 of those a year. Cheers. BTW I bought mine used for 39k and 35k miles on the odometer. Sticker price 2 years ago was 65k, but discounted the federal cash back it was way cheaper.

Lease incentive is still good to date. I agree prices have risen and are now going up to the roof but with the tax rebate for EV and the Jeep incentive, you can still score a good deal. We got a 2024 4xe Sahara with comfort pack, alpine sound system and the driver assist/security pack with a one-touch roof for a $56k at the door price after a bit of negotiation and thanks to the EV rebate and the Jeep incentive taking a good $10k off the price (altogether, the price was supposed to be above $70k), making it very affordable to lease. And just like you, we love our 4xe!

@@cantcolor91 No, it's not. Cadillac is their luxury division. Not Buick. Heck, only reason why GM kept Buick back when they got rid of most of their car brands is because they sell a tiny Buick car in China that we don't get in America. And in that nation, Buick is seen as a status symbol. GM makes massive amounts of profits off of Buick.... in China. Only reason GM keeps making Buick vehicles in America is because it would look bad to Chinese buyers if their favorite American brand discontinued car sales in America.

We got one in August last year, preferred trim, 1.3 L engine, power liftgate. I just wish it had buttons, easy to get to round buttons for the radio, etc. I don't like the all touchscreen for the radio except for the tiny little bitty power/volumebutton. Also, it does have a pulldown center armrest cupholders in the backseat

Those latches inside the rear window will let you lift the rear of the top up about a foot, and it has a prop rod to keep it lifted.
@amentauto36105 ай бұрын
Thanks! I actually figured this out shortly after this video was posted. Overall still a pretty bad design, un doing latches to get about a foot of lift is not ideal when you're trying to load up the back after a grocery run. Also dogs jumping in and out is very difficult (for a big dog).

@amentauto36105 ай бұрын
Not saying the interior needs to be premium, just durable, well screwed together and some resemblance of quality. A dashboard and grab handle that flex with a push of a finger is unacceptable in a 50K vehicle. In the next couple weeks i will be posting a 50K mile, long term review of our 2021 Jeep Wrangler.
