Lo importante en la respiracion de Fuego es la EXHALACION en eso deben concentrarse!!! Veo no lo explica. Imaginar una llama en tu interior que sube x la cabeza . Tiene origen 4000 añ8s antes Tibet . Muy buen video en él manejo de tiempos

Have to say, after following this breath work video at least a hundred times now that Round 2 produces THE most powerful results: the longest breath holds, the most intense chi experience, a truly epic blast off. That particular combo of breaths is very effective
