i am so grateful for your channel. truly, it may sound corny but i don't think you'll know how much it helped me. i will share here a cute story : last week i was visiting my boyfriend in Paris (i live in the south of france and in september i will move to paris for my studies). the last night of my stay i had a panic attack (i often have these). he was there for me and really reassured me but i couldn't breathe properly and needed to calm down. and while i was panicking i remembered your videos and how they help me fall asleep, the harry potter ones. so i started to tell him how now, whenever i am stressed or sad, i imagine myself in your harry potter meditations, especially the one in hagrid's hut, and i started to tell him about harry potter (he'd never seen the movies or read the books). it really really calmed me down and helped me fall asleep in his arms. now a week later i just finished watching the first harry potter movie with him on youtube (i am back to my home so we watch long distance) and i feel so happy and grateful for my boyfriend and your videos. i wish you all the best !! (p.s: if you have an idea for a game of thrones one, i would really love to hear it !! alhtought the universe is not as calming !!)
