Bună seara! Sincer nu știu dacă merge să schimbi doar actuatorul. Ar trebui tot ansamblul turbo schimbat. Totuși e mai bune să îti zică un mecanic specilizat. Și nu neapărat la reprezentanță. Majoritatea încă au senzația că e bine să jupoaie clientul. Eu aș repara mașina și m-aș bucura de ea în continuare. Eu am dat-o pentru că s-a mărit familia și nu mai aveam loc în ea. Dar motorul era economic. Chiar foarte economic, daca conduceam cum trebuia.

traveler. through. life La reprezentanta mi-au zis ca piesa+manopera este 1500 lei. Deci se poate schimba. Citisem pe net ca e nevoie de nu stiu ce distantier ca sa anuleze problema pe care o cauzeaza lucrarea defectuoasa dintre turbina si actuator. Ideea e ca daca schimba toata turbina si nu am garantie .. cat ma costa? O avere presupun. Adica daca schimba doar actuatorul, de unde tot apare eroare la tester, care sunt sansele sa functioneze bine dupa? Masina nu scoate niciun sunet, nu zornaie, merge bine.

geoff green I solved this by reprogramming the cluster unit. It was caused by me trying to modify some settings in the cluster. But all ok after reprogramming.

geoff green how does one reprogram the cluster unit? Also what is the cluster unit. My insignia has just started to make this noise.

Keith Doyle go there where you do the services. They must have that interface to connect to the cluster unit and reinitialize it.

The turbo worked great. The chain he same. But a piston cracked :)) The noise was the smallest problem ever :P

Yes! After a big modification introduced since 7/11/2011, all the problems, chain included, have been fixed. ;)

Hy there! The engine is CBZB on Ibiza. So far no problem, except that i have to use the 100COR gasoline, or there are noisses coming from the engine. That noise comes from the actuator's shaft. I looked at new cars in showroom and they had the same noise. The noise itself is not a problem, maybe disturbing. The noise you should hear and start worring about is the distribution chain. That sound may be hearable in some conditions, like very cold weather, but for only few seconds, 2-4 secs. In my opinion for not having problem with this engine is to treat it well. It is not a sport engine.

This sound is normal.. i would say... mine sounds like this too... sometimes the fuel pipe can "touch" the car's body and make a "vibrating noise" but you only need to change the position of the plastic pipe...

der Spanier At those kms the engine worked just fine. After 45k kms the engine begun having problems. At 68k km it had to be changed by SEAT.
