I love this place. The only thing that puts me off is the pool if it's not deep - many pools in new homes in Spain are deep, check out some in La Zagaleta! And the one being built next to this one... Maybe the pool could be re-done - I think this house offers great value for money

With this house in this location, it is important for a potential buyer to know the path of the sun. It sets behind the house and I am convinced that the house casts a shadow towards the front. Therefore, viewings will be in the morning.

Hi Darcy, I watched your video for the first time. You are introducing a house worth 2.3 million Euros. What would you say if a buyer who wants to buy the house asks you questions like "where is this marble from?", "was styrofoam used in the construction of this house?" For example: The beauty of the bathroom depends on the buyer's perspective. For example: You said the wood was used in the kitchen and that it was beautiful, but you did not say what kind of tree the wood material was. It would be more useful to mention the material used when introducing the house. This is a recommendation. I am not criticizing you. Have a good business.

Sinceramente eu achei nada d+, na verdade eu o achei horroroso ha ha ha, e ainda cobrar 19 milhões de euros ? Achei o preço superfaturado. Se eu comprasse um apartamento desse teria que reformar tudo kkkkkk, por não ser do meu gosto.
