I guess you should have ask the internet on how to not installed your hooks. These experts really beating you down. Welds look good those hooks are not coming off i think i would invite these experts over to see if they pull them off.

is it mandatory to have the bucket OFF the tractor to weld this on? ie: electrical current going thru the tractor to short circuit electronics perhaps?

Got the same tractor. I can the same, maybe even a better job it’s my brush hog and my grapple bucket. I just rip all the crap do not and run over it. I am personally not that impressed with the lane shark. To small and underpowered . It is a what it is. Not loving it

Awesome setup, like the extra protection on the hoses. All ran nice and clean.

I know it has been a while since you did this. Would it work to just weld the blocks together? The bottom box just seems like extra work for little gain.

You never showed the wire hook up system. I wanted to see if colors of wiring match up or not.

It's best to weld the hooks to a buffer plate first. Round would be first choice, but a square or a rectangle will work too. Just be sure and wrap the corners of the buffer plates when you weld them. Unless you're using gas shielded fluxcore, that is a welding job for 7018.
@schlomoshekelstein908
@schlomoshekelstein908 Жыл бұрын
why round? i'm assuming because the buffer plate is going to torsion/tweak onto the sheet metal bucket and a sharp corner allows it to punch through or tear easily. i dont think i've evern seen a round clevis plate sold though they're all rectangle n whatnot. i guess i could round the corners off with an angle grinder

Does the cab AC have an air recycle option like a truck/car does? JD 4 series doesn’t and the AC doesn’t want to keep up on hot Texas summer days

The Jensen wiring harness that came with my radio includes a noise suppressor. Perhaps this is something they've recently added??

Its so nice to see someone actually using this attachment on REAL limbs and brush. I hate when people only cut small bushes and grass...SHOW ME WHAT IT CAN DO! BTW, do you know what the cutting capacity is for the Laneshark?

You should keep you bucket low to the ground when travelling with a full load, keep the center of gravity low or you are gonna put that Grand L on her side one day. Raise the bucket to dump when close to destination, in this case the dump truck. Good luck.

Nice place. Just lower that loader a little lower to ground. Raise it just barely enough to clear ground. Or else you may flip over your whole tractor and die.

@tangoseal1

You need a 3rd function setup on your loader for it to work. It runs off the tractors internal hydro pump. The same pump that powers your power steering and front end loader etc...
