I’m very put off by Cowansim now.. I responded to one of their posts and got a very sarcastic nasty response from them that really was undeserved… not sure if I will be buying from them anymore. It’s a shame because I loved their helis in 2020.

I am INCREDIBLY surprised that MICROSOFT, who have the Azure platform, had server issues :'D Would have thought they'd have their elastic scaling turned WAAAAYYY up for the Content Delivery. They literally have services for this :'D

If you arm the water drop panel, you can use the different water drop modes, Salvo, Man 1, Man 2, Auto 1, Auto 2, Auto Pair, and Auto 4 drop patterns, with just the click of the left thumb button. The big red handle is for emergencies only.

I wish MSFS would really work on their physics / flight Models. No sense of mass/inertia. If we could get X-plane / DCS flight models with MSFS graphics, that would be the absoluete dream. And yeah, I know those exactly accurate either, but they are at least passable. I'm a PPL and actually *do* have real world experience flying planes. The same way iRacing isn't exactly like driving a car, but it's much more realistic and "close enough" than something like need-for-speed.

This is not true, the plan is VERY heavy full of water, during a drop you just watch and the plane lightens into the sky! Not sure what this commenter is talking about, probably did not pay to pre order MSFS 2024 which is the ONLY way to get this plan in MSFS 2020.

The reason you had a problem starting right engine is your engine ignition selectors were in OFF position. Not where they should be for ENGINE START. You need to click on both (A & B) so that the toggle comes up to NORM.

Only thing that makes me sad is that the autopilot is disabled, it seems like it may be a 2020 thing that it is like that and it 2024 it may be available. Likewise with the doors, the spot near the back of the plane where you can get your camera and the aircraft interior changes to open doors with the step ladders deployed.

Joel, I watched your video a while back on the Beam Eye Tracker - purchasing the eye tracker. It has been a experience changer for me. Its easy to configure, and it , well..just works! Its a great way to use my web cam and avoid coughing up cash for something much more expensive. Thanks for your content. Cheers!

Hey brother! Could you help me out a bit with something. I just got my OG Reference set, 22, 26, 12, 10, and I'm having some struggles trying to tune it, and get the mic's sound I want, mostly from the kick TBH. Also, a couple other little struggles. I've tuned/recorded quite a few kits, and honestly I've never really struggled this much. That said, I'll stop going on here, but just wanted to ask if maybe one day if you have a bit of time you might be willing to chat with me over phone, or email. I'd just love to pick your brain a bit, and just ask a few questions if your okay with it. I could pay you for your time too, but wouldn't need long. Just need to chat with someone who kinda knows the drums better than me. Thanks for your time brother.

Thanks for your great video introduction to Beam Eye Tracker (BET). One question - Do you use the same webcam for streaming and BET at the same time? Or do I need a second webcam? My Android phone is Android 11 but Android 14 has webcam capabilities which I don't have.

Starter is on collective and hard to see. Best thing is to map to button on controller. Details in manual.
