One other nice thing about these cookies that they can be kept in the freezer and reheat in the oven or just leave them out to reach room temperature! They’ll taste like just freshly baked! If you have any question Let me know in the comments 🙂

I would like to mention that I used the whole package of phillo which contain 18 sheets in total ( 8 layers for the base part and 10 sheets for the top part, without any tiny crumbs left, no waste spanakopita), For serving suggestion, I personally consider this as main dish rather than appetizer, so I just like to have lemon widges aside to squeeze over my piece of pie with some good tea ( I love black tea with sage, yummm). Let me know in the comment, how do you like to eat spanakopita?

I would like to mention that some would like to add some sort of oil like coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil,I did not add any oil in my recipe since I think the oil from the hazelnut itself is enough. Adding more sugar , any type of oil that is usually solid at room temprature like cocnut oil or palm oil will help thicken your nutella. If you have any question, just let me know in the comments!🙂

I would like to mention that you can definitely use fresh butternut squash in this recipe just saute with other vegetables ( onion, carrots, and the sweet potato) before adding the liquids. If you have any question never hesitate to ask in the comments 🙂
@MamasLab-1014 ай бұрын
I did'nt mention in the video that you can also achieve this creamy pistachio butter without adding any oil but you need to run your food processor for longer time, but adding little of oil will fasten the process, if you have any question, please let me know in the comments 🙂

@MamasLab-1014 ай бұрын
I'm not sure if I translate this right, but you are asking if you can add condensed milk or honey? if that so. Then the answer is yes, you can add for the taste if you like your pistachio butter sweet😊

Is a baking stone required? If you don’t have one what do you recommend?
@MamasLab-1014 ай бұрын
You can definitely use flat baking sheet, or even better flat cast iron griddle if its available (since it have the same properties as stone in terms retainging heat and spring effect ), I highly recommend baking stone if you like to bake a lot specially artisan breads, pizzas..but if you are a seasonal baker, using good baking sheet will do the job😊

@MamasLab-1016 ай бұрын
You definitely can make your own creation of hummus and adjust to what's available in your hands🙂, but remember that peanut butter has way thicker texure and it's taste tend to be sweeter.

How long can you keep hummus in the refrigerator for?
@MamasLab-1017 ай бұрын
Typically Hummus last for up 7 days in the fridge, and most of the time my recipe last and stay fresh more than 10 days or 2 weeks, as long as I'm sure my fridge working properly, store my hummus in airtight container, and use very clean utensil every time you serve to avoid introducing bacteria.

how to store long time?
@MamasLab-10110 ай бұрын
Tahini better to be stored in dry and cool place away from the source of heat and moisture. could be a storage pantry, kitchen cabinet.., and you can also put it in the fridge if you like it really thick.
@EkkaDevi10 ай бұрын
@@MamasLab-101 please reply, how many days can store it. and where is store in fridge or deep freezer? please
@MamasLab-10110 ай бұрын
@@EkkaDevi Different resources claim different information regarding storing Tahini, Some say Homemade tahini can last up to 1 month in the fridge, some say it could last up to 6 months and it must be stored in airtight container in the fridge. I have read that you can freeze it too, it could last way longer time in the freezer, and be sure to always use clean, dry utensils every time you open the jar. Me personally, I never tried refrigerate or freeze Tahini before, from my experience Tahini have a really good long shelf life, I always keep it in my pantry in cool and dry place and it lasts for months and that due its natural antioxidants properties and preservative which is the sesame seed oil.

Buongiorno, volevo sapere a cosa servono gli cubetti di ghiaccio, grazie
@MamasLab-10110 ай бұрын

Nice texture. One suggestion, Try to reverse the process, start with Tahini, garlic and lemon juice, it will emulsify the blend then add chickpeas and finally ice.

What can one use instead of tahini, it is very expensive?
@MamasLab-10111 ай бұрын
It is expensive I agree! you can use any sort of nut butter instead, like peanut butter, sunflower butter..etc.see what's available and start always small, since these kind of butter tend to have way thicker texture and bit heavier than tahini.

what's the purpose of the glaze?
@MamasLab-10111 ай бұрын
That's great question! The flour glaze here it's almost the same technique as when spraying the bread with water before get it into the hot oven to help keep the crust soft and allow maximum oven rise.
