Im sorry for the loss.. Curious why didn't u clean it up n glue it.. Or if not super glue, id think that liquid bandage would work.. Or whatever glue they use in hospital instead of sutures for smaller wounds

Guys…. That’s a joro spider…. those are pretty venomous and sometimes deadly! I know because there are a bunch of them where I live. Don’t try this! He is lucky it didn’t bite him… it may look similar to a Nephila but it is NOT

Although they are technically venomous, Joro spiders are not deadly to humans.

watching this while watching my jumping spider aside..... my boy garry. Ive had him for 8 months now and I know im way more than halfway to this point. Ill feed him, observe and handle him a bit before going to bed.. gotta cherish every moments.

Mine doesn’t like the feeling of my hand lmao she puts her little toe on me or a few toes, feels around for a bit and turns her happy butt around. So I tend to just leave her alone, however this happened in time when she was smaller she didn’t mind walking straight into my hand now that she’s older she’s more skittish

They scare the living crap out of me with those webs. I like tarantulas though; they don't make a ginormous web between trees that you end up walking into and being wrapped up in and they don't dangle from the ceiling and drop on your head! 😬

I never mist my T seladonia. I give her water droplets down her cork bark twice a week. She is doing absolutely amazing. I have seen so many seasoned keepers kill this species with misinformation. Dave from Dave's Little Beasties even did a video stating he lost three of five because of this. People really need to do research before attempting to own this rather expensive species. I am actually fairly new to keeping and my girl is doing absolutely amazing. Everyone always asks about feeding. She loves her red runners and I actually pinch the head of the roach and place it next to her trapdoor. I actually posted a video on Teresa's Tarantulas if you want to see mine eating. Be careful with this little Jewel and don't take Everyones word on how to keep them.

That’s a cute spidey 🕷️ a lot of my family members are scared of them but I always had a fascination with spiders I also think moths/giant beetles are cool and cute! I have two cats 🐱 so I can’t really have insects as I wouldn’t want the cats to harm them.

At 5:25 how did the little scorpion end up in that strange position relative to the Steatoda? It seems that the spider is not wrapping it with silk, but that it has the last right leg attached to the claw of the euscorpius. What happened after?
