To be honest, I hadn't heard of Karpathos before, but I won't forget it now! That landscape is stunning, and Olymbos looks like such a picture-perfect Greek village. What a great choice of islands :)

This video would have been ideal to show our travel scared grandchildren, to reassure them K.K. is a great and safe place to visit. But that was made impossible by the terrible pop up message about the Dog Meat trade in Indonesia. That would have terrified them. Of course the message is important and we support the total abolition of the Dog Meat trade, but this pop-up was totally disgusting and ruined the video experience and made it useless to reassure nervous children about the joys of Asia. Really stupid marketing in my opinion.

@@Farawaynow Not in your video!! Not at all, of course not, it was an advert that pops up half way through. Very graphic and nothing to do with Malaysia. If you can get it blocked that would be great. My wife is from K.K. and I know Malaysia as a great place in all ways.

Try the authentic local cuisine at “you and me” it’s about half a kilometre from where you stayed in the very first beach hut.. the host is a rather peculiar guy-Ullas. His wife cooks n he serves, he drinks, he suggests, he can be difficult coz he isn’t exactly running a profit business. He sometimes forgets. He prepares cocktails of feni and urak from his own farm. But the food his wife prepares is just out of the world.

Such a beautiful & tastefully done video. You have brought out the essence of both the beaches! This also will be an educational video for many westerners who think India is only about the chaos of Old Delhi & Calcutta! They do not even know how well New Delhi has been designed and built or the nearly 350 KM long metro that connects all parts of Delhi making it one of the most efficient public transport systems in the world! I know India still needs to develop a lot , but there is so much more to India than just the chaos that some western bloggers choose to show! India has great beaches, island destinations such as Andaman, Lakshadweep, mountains & so many great hills & valleys, forests/wildlife! Thank you!

I first visited palolem 30 years ago, I was staying at Colva Beach, 3 years had to keep leaving to renew visa, anyway Palolem was empty no shops or bars on the road to the beach, and only one bar shack on the beach entrance. It was in fact paradise, went back 1999 didn't recognise the place far to busy and commercial, and price's in all Goa had risen however Goa compared to the rest of India is calm, peaceful ect, Yes I would go back to Goa but remember you must try the rest of India it'll be a culture shock.
