I swear every video about Malaysia has been released in the past 6 months. Lol. It's like all of a sudden KZbinrs got sick of Bali and Thailand and realize there were other options. I just hope that it doesn't become over visited
@Farawaynow8 ай бұрын
We haven’t been to Bali, but keep coming back to Malaysia. I suspect a lot of people come to Malaysia for the free 90 day visa. We can’t get enough of the place.

Well, I have to admit, I've never heard of Kota Kinabalu. Definitely will be looking up more info about this great looking place. And that seafood at the waterfront night market looked amazing :)
@Farawaynow11 ай бұрын
Kota Kinabalu is definitely not on the main tourist route. Unless heading to Borneo to see wildlife then most people would not go. The seafood was amazing. Thanks for watching!
@keangwooichoo613811 ай бұрын
Popular with korean / japanese tourists. Europeans go there to hike mount kinabalu the 3rd highest island peak in the world. And watch orangutans.

Im sorry that u didnt know about kota kinabalu. This is on the blame of our malaysian government as they never wanted to promote sabah and sarawak state bcus they look down on us for no reason until the people from peninsular said we are poor and live on trees. They said is a joke but not a bad joke that we wanted. So many west malaysians have very bad habits. They treat foreigners kindly except sabah and sarawak in the borneo island
@keangwooichoo613810 ай бұрын
@@benjaminstephen97 not true. Why we want to look down on sabahans?

Hi, Thank you for sharing your video. Can someone tell me if tap water in kota kinabalu is safe to drink? or people buy bottled water?
@Farawaynow9 ай бұрын
Do not drink the tap water. Our hotel had a water dispenser in the lobby.

Unfortunately some beaches in the east coast are polluted by sea trash. Can be from anywhere, locally there are likely from sea gypsies living on the water villages. These are stateless people. The bajau laut. No waste management there of course.

Unfortunately it seems to be all over SE Asia and out in the sea. I think a lot comes down the Mekong.
