Hey! it was difficult doing pushups and high planks. Overhead weights weren’t too bad surprisingly but I don’t do very heavy weights. Hope that helps 🙂

Hey! I have the same plan as you - to train more and hope that the other muscles compensate and my traps can naturally shrink before the Botox wears off. Can you please let me know if your plan worked ? Xx

Hey! it wasn’t super noticeable for me visually. But I did notice my shoulder pains were reduced even after the Botox wore off compared to before I had the Botox. Hope that helps! Would love to know if you see a noticeable difference with your plan 😊❤️

@@curiousac if you are looking for unique and traditional food and place, go to Pu Luong. Its a national reserve where u can stay at the 'home stays' of the Thai people. Surrounded by nature and jungle. It is underrated by locals but highly recommeded by foreigners.

Pho Hung Vuong Springvale is the benchmark in my opinion,the soup is very aromatic and the noodle and meat are very fresh.Tried many places but always coming back to this one.😊

@curiousac the Springvale Pho Hung Vuong just have that unique taste of vietnam pho in saigon,and you get that hit of pho aroma as soon as you walk into the shop.

Yeah! I realised after I rewatched the video that it is quite a drastic difference! 😄It was hard to notice during because it was so gradual. They didn’t say not to exercise but said my shoulders could cramp up if I do heavy weights etc. I found it hard doing pushups and planks. Are you thinking of getting it done? Would love to know how you go! I’m thinking about giving it another go 👀

I asked my physio after and he said it does help but it’s a bandaid solution. I noticed the pain difference around 8-9 months after getting the Botox, so I think as it wore off the pain started to come back gradually and that’s when it was noticeable.

Doesn't get any more "local" than in an alley 2 meter wide, that's for sure. I really like Hanoi. It has a very unique look and feel with its French and Chinese and Vietnamese architecture, its heavily tree lined streets & boulevards, its lakes, its parks. HCMC is more Western and is more like Bangkok, Manila, etc. It's very nice too but Hanoi definitely stands out. The thing about Hanoi for a foreigner is that we stay in the Old Quarter so we're not aware of its newer neighorhood of Ocean Park, West Lake, etc. But glad to have come across this video, brought back a lot of memories.

Hi! I would say it’s safe for consumption because none of us got sick. Cleanliness wise, it’s like most street vendors in Vietnam where they’re cooking on the street. If compared to restaurants in the west, it doesn’t look “clean”.

yeah it helped a bit but not all tension, especially if you work out. sometimes i felt a bit of pain after doing weights.

Thank you so much! We are eager for such honest feedback. I will have the procedure done next week. I also suffer from bulky shoulders, and honestly, I am considering it for cosmetic reasons so I can wear a décolleté with confidence. However, on the other hand, I don't want to stop training my arms and legs. I usually use 5 kg dumbbells to train my biceps and triceps, do lunges, etc. The practitioner warned me that this might cause the trapezius muscles to be trained as well, which could mean the results won't be as noticeable. Have you continued training as normal?

thank you so much! 🥰 yes I still train. i do weights too (barbell lunges up to 40kgs and dumbbell upper body exercises around 8-10kgs) , there was some pain in the trap area after the botox when i work out but it wasn’t too bad and i don’t believe my traps got bigger even with training that would normally workout my traps. hope that helps 😊
