Thank you so much! We are eager for such honest feedback. I will have the procedure done next week. I also suffer from bulky shoulders, and honestly, I am considering it for cosmetic reasons so I can wear a décolleté with confidence. However, on the other hand, I don't want to stop training my arms and legs. I usually use 5 kg dumbbells to train my biceps and triceps, do lunges, etc. The practitioner warned me that this might cause the trapezius muscles to be trained as well, which could mean the results won't be as noticeable. Have you continued training as normal?

thank you so much! 🥰 yes I still train. i do weights too (barbell lunges up to 40kgs and dumbbell upper body exercises around 8-10kgs) , there was some pain in the trap area after the botox when i work out but it wasn’t too bad and i don’t believe my traps got bigger even with training that would normally workout my traps. hope that helps 😊

Yeah! I realised after I rewatched the video that it is quite a drastic difference! 😄It was hard to notice during because it was so gradual. They didn’t say not to exercise but said my shoulders could cramp up if I do heavy weights etc. I found it hard doing pushups and planks. Are you thinking of getting it done? Would love to know how you go! I’m thinking about giving it another go 👀

yeah it helped a bit but not all tension, especially if you work out. sometimes i felt a bit of pain after doing weights.

I asked my physio after and he said it does help but it’s a bandaid solution. I noticed the pain difference around 8-9 months after getting the Botox, so I think as it wore off the pain started to come back gradually and that’s when it was noticeable.
