Hi! What's going on with the Aethir Edge team? They are not responding to messages at all, a lot of people ordered the device but they are not responding, they emailed invalid shipping numbers. Any idea how to get in touch with them? Email and Twitter they are not responding.

I respect what you are doing but the truth is, I quote a true message written on Twitter to the Aethir Edge team, "Really unprofessional, the devices from the second sale June 6 should have been shipped on the 21st. You lied about shipping them on the 21st, when in reality they were shipped on the 28th or not at all to normal people. You only sent express to influencers and ytbers. The support team does not respond to emails...!"

My Shipping confirmation from Friday a week ago contains an invalid Tracking number (bought on second sale). Contacted support after 4 days grace period. Received reply after only 2 days - with a so called updated Tracking number. Only it was the same one, naturally still invalid. Saw some people on x who also reported invalid tracking numbers. Doesn't really look all that good

When you log into the dashboard after you made the deposit it should say deposit made. And then should show what round you are in and a timer As long as you enter that page on the day of the sale at the right time, you should be able to purchase.
