This stuff is insanely confusing to actually turn crypto into money. A million diffrent accounts and wallets linked up and buying 1 crypto to pay a gas fee to move another. Its all ridiculous. We will never get widespread adoption till this stuff is much simpler.

Hey hope you are well The process I showed you will allow you to claim the tokens. You just need a metamask wallet that you can download as a browser extension or as an app on your phone.

@@PassiveCryptoMining Thank you I got all the way to the end and it said "The provided wallet address has not received any rewards." Wow! Will I ever get any money back for this weather station? When I try to add it in the Mobile App I can't find any 18 character serial number. Is this legit?

In my opinion WXM is shooting themselves in the foot with this whole “beta rewards” thing. If they launch with a token price under $5 this will be a dead project.

@@PassiveCryptoMining I think they should have done an airdrop like most other projects. I understand that they probably didn’t want to negatively impact the price of the token after launch when everyone sold, but the press would have been far more worth it. If they airdropped there would have been countless early adopters making videos like “This $600 miner made me over $10,000!!! 😱😱”. That press would have grown the network. Instead we get some trivial amount of tokens daily for a year.

@@bigbeardtrader9740 what price do you think they will launch at? Keep in mind they won’t have any immediate selling of their tokens unless devs sell because of their beta “rewards” distribution. Let’s assume they launch at $1. That means that currently every station owner would receive 1.82 tokens a day. (14,246 / 7795). And the beta users who literally helped build their network would get an additional 1.05 tokens (3,000,000 / 7795 / 365). Meaning that after “mining” and maintaining their stations for almost 2 years the beta users will get $1.05 a day as a reward for a total payout of $2.82. At a station price of $440 this means that after you have been mining and maintaining data to the network for well over a year you will start to ROI in 156 days. Now let’s assume they launch at $5 a token. That brings the total daily earnings of each miner to $14.35 for beta users. Meaning that you would ROI on a new station in 30 days. Now let’s assume that 20% of the miners sell their tokens every day. The “cost” to WXM would be $22,371.65. Assuming they kept a good chunk of the $5M they raised this would be manageable. More importantly this would GROW their network. Growth is the ONLY THING that matters to VC’s. So they would be in a much better position to continue to raise capital. Without a sensible price at launch this is a very unsexy project with an even more unsexy beta rewards program. And unsexy projects don’t draw coverage, stand out, or grow. They die.
