i'd recommend checking out the National Foundation for Credit Counseling for people struggling with debt, it's a non profit.
@jimdefazio864910 күн бұрын
And it just adds to your liquidity and really doesn’t hurt your cash flow much if any right? And probably even increases your cash flow because you’re paying off a loan payment (and eliminating that debt payment so increasing cash flow) while satisfying the payment of the help while dumping you’re income on each month. You’ll owe interest charges but each month that will go down increasing cash flow?

If your lender does not offer a sweep service, you can deposit into your savings to shield from pending debit charges from checking, and sweep on your own.

I have seen lots of low interest HELOCs that have draw periods for 10 years, but only one lender out of NY that offers 0% for 12 months.

you should also look at any monthly credit card interest you are paying or anything you want to buy and see how many working hours it would take you to pay for those things and then ask yourself if it's worth your time

LOL!! Best HELOC would be no HELOC, cut your spendings ppl is the best way to solve your financial woes.

If you're big enough client, you can always have these Clauses removed from the contract. If you're an FHA borrower, then this Clause will not apply to you. For everyone else, always have reserves in the ability to refinance within those 90 days.

Contracts are construed against the drafter as a matter of law.
@andrefalksmen126413 күн бұрын
That's in the case if there's any ambiguity. In these cases, both case law and common practice dictate that this is within the norms. Secondarily, it is standard within banking jurisprudence that these sorts of Clauses be included in loans made by the bank in case the bank needs to rapidly call in loans due to a liquidity crisis. It should be noted that FHA Loans do not have these clauses.

And this way you have laws to regulate what companies can do, must do and can put in contracts. Also any time term is ambigutious it should be legally interpreted in favour of the customer/consumer/individual person against the company.

Unless you want anarcho capitalism which takes power out of politicians hands and puts it back into ours, this is the only system we have to work with. There's no way to get this system to work. The same way people say "socialism works it just hasn't been done correctly" or "limited government and the constitution works it just hasn't been done correctly".
