I wonder if thats a 69’ super reverb. That’s what I have.

Watch these guys to this day a wonder why Tommy doesn’t sport the SRV thing anymore.

very good cover Tommy, quietly sitting in a rocking chair we close our eyes and we have the impression of being seated in front of Stevie Ray

There arent any backing vocals in this song. Ruins it with some clown trying to harmonize.. 2 out of 10

I front an SRV Anthology/Tribute in California and I nail the vocals like Roman's on Jesus but wow. I was a minute into it before I realized it was you, dog. Tone alone I'd give you 100% but it looks like you/dude are/is channeling little Stevie in a couple of spots. Really..Great stuff

Great guitarist but like SRV his sound never leaves the guitar so makes up for it by repetition.... Hendrix Record Plant 1970 16 minute Cherokee Mist Jam.. Educate urselves SRV Fanboys

Yes snowflakes. This a genuine Musician, no auto tune or Stevie using any processing to allow him to fake he is playing unlike all of you snowflakes do now with your so called music. 😂😂😂😂

That bass player needs to dial it back a bit. Looks like he's trying to upstage Tommy (SRV impersonator), anyway bass player just comes off looking a bit like a foolish clown!

Why not give yourself your own image why have you got to dress like Stevie Ray Vaughan you're a great guitar player mate but there's no need to clone yourself into Stevie Ray Vaughan.

Conflicted feelings about this... Very nice.. true... But I think SRV would have told him to be HIMSELF... OH WELL, IM SURE HE PUTS BEANS ON THE TABLE WITH THIS... 🐉🎸🐉 PS. I saw Stevie in '85...less than a dozen people in the audience. Nobody knew the name, YET, and blues music was just not a draw... What a GREAT SHOW!!! HE PLAYED LIKE THERE WERE 1000 PEOPLE THERE... RIP, SRV 🙏🏼❤️🔥🙏🏼

Always love a good SRV cover. To dress exactly like him, with his initials on your strap & guitar takes it a little too far. You can do a tribute without trying to be a clone & obviously no one sounds exactly like Stevie.

The tone is very close to srv but the playing is not close to it in some guitar solos sequencies. When you hear srv playing it seems like it is perfect, like that this tone, note or sequence must be really in this place, thats why he is the goat
@fredmabunga2804 Жыл бұрын
Tommy does his tribute to SRV like Randy Hansen does Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Sukarai does Jimmy Page. Those guys got it down to every single detail.
