man. i'm never gonna drop the name of the fandom, i'll only say it's a niche one in the sense that a lot of people know the media but only a very small bunch of people actively participate in it as a fandom. but... i have to say that two very annoying things went on there. the first one was massive bullying, stalking and ableism. i was a victim of a very shitty group of people there with an even shittier guy who decided he was the "leader". the second thing is the amount of disgusting misogyny! for a group of people who all seemed to wanna act progressive and inclusive all the time, they simply treat a female character who did nothing overboard as garbage, while many male characters get a pass for having done many questionable things. i've seen people label her as a "homophobe" type of character simply because her existence got in the way of their gay ship in their eyes. that's it. she never said anything close to homophobia AND is briefly implied to be sapphic herself. or they say that she was "annoying" for speaking up her mind when you've got male characters there who say actual nasty things. not to mention the way they wanna define the slightest sexual liberation from her as slutty behavior, and that rule suddenly doesn't apply when a male character behaves similarly. they wanna seem progressive and open minded with their shipping of men, but couldn't be more different than what they claim as it's all at the expense of a woman.

One of the most mixed fandoms if you ask me is Fire Emblem as I’m in it myself. It’s just constant discourse from things such as who was right and who was wrong, which game is the best in the series and which is the worst, and the most frequent event, constantly arguing over who is best waifu and who is best husbando and what is the best ship for two characters too. ESPECIALLY when you consider the “art” that comes out of it because the FE fandom is one of the quickest fandoms out there to make “art” when the characters are revealed and “videos” whenever people manage to make public models for the characters. There is people buried in who do a lot of lore digging as well but sometimes it can be tough to identify fact from fan fiction. Overall it’s a fandom that is heavily divided that can get heated extremely quickly if you say the wrong thing and is frequently subjected to the “arts” and “videos” on websites I will not name at a scarily fast rate.

1:56 miles wants a double battle. later we see he takes more in consideration mechanics in game than lore. shield knight in her spectre of shadows bossfight deflects all damage taken to her shield, so if shovel just spammed the war horn or throwing anchor or fire wand or whatever, plus if he spammed the dust knucles (which take little mana so he'd be able to use them like *50 times) he would just fase through the vessel and keep doing damage, and if we instead take into account lore, both are in god level so there is not much power diference thus we'd need to take the habilites into consideration and as i said all his relics plus whatever shield knight would have (because if we got a campaign as her she'd get some cool new stuff) i'd say shovel knight wins in an single and double battle
