The way of the superior man your girl always want you to show love and don’t want you to change because off your success she might act like she don’t care but deep down she just always want you to show love not depending on her validation

Great interview. Women are doing great in this generation.…men need to work harder because no woman wants to settle for less. Even after marriage, you need to be up your game because these women /your wife would back off when you ain't getting your shit done. Sadly they have more options.

FYI... guys the reason why Most Black Men are prob... Getting Married more than Black Women is Because there are more B women than B Men #1... And #2 Black Men who become Millionaires do not Marry Black Women because it Reminds them of what they had to deal with as a young man. So they always go for the Women who will accept them cheating, commenting, looking and flirting with other women. (Most ) Black Men are not Respectful to Women . They are always Competing with the World... I know that Black Men have a lot of Pressure on them from day 1 ... The Black Race in general need Help Mentally... Because you all are programmed from decades ago... The Black Women ... Who is truly a Strong, Wise, Sure of Herself Black Women will not allow a Man to disrespect her in any way.... I see the EGO in both of you Guys... And Black Men like you 2 is the reason why... Our Race and Black Relationships are Not Good... Men who go into relationships for Real Love and not ass set from Women... Are the Real Marriage's .

Hey. For the record, it’s not true more Black men are getting married more than women. The last decennial census showed far more Black woman are getting matured and starting married. Not all Black women are saying this things or focusing on the same men

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

@@Elliot-Ivan The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?

I think that the kitchen for 9.5 million was not lux enough for me, the shelving in the pantry and closes could be a little more luxury. They definitly skimped on the finishes
