Nah. Not really impressive and quite rudimentary. It also lacks soul and detail. From the inside it basically looks like an over-sized nice luxury apartment... not a mansion. From the outside it is over-designed with too many sections. It basically looks like the architect relied on some architectural design software template and then added a few of his own touches here and there. Overall just a big structure of basic geometric shapes (rectangles and triangles). You want to see exceptional architecture go to Western Europe!

The finishes seems very cheap and builder grade for 9 million. The fireplace surrounds were cheap stacked stacked stone vs a solid slab. The kitchen was quartz and not waterfall edged. The closet/pantry built ins were the cheapest particle board quality you can get - you could still see the holes in the shleves bc they didnt put the caps. That bed 😂😂 was some chunky stained pine wood. Where is the value and quality?

I have to agree the finishes look cheap for someone who’s knows about building high end homes. However to get a 24k sq ft home for under $10m you have to go with spec home finishes. But someone could do a lot with it for sure. Or do nothing and you still have a Super Walmart size house!

Id move my entire family into a home like this. Including parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents! I'd charge them $500-$1000/month (grandparents get to stay for free) so that we all still have to work and teach our kids that nothing in life is free. In a home that large, all the amenities are much more expensive, so the money they pay every month will go towards plumbing, internet, electricity, home maintenence/upkeep, etc.

This is the best you have seen? This pace is boring. The foyer flooring should be ornate. Maybe a herringbone pattern, travertine marble. Quartz counters in the kitchen? That is a joke for a 22,000 sq ft house. Check out Tyler Perry's old mansion in Buckhead. That is fitting luxury. This house is off the shelf. Nothing is bespoke which is to be expected at 10,000+ sq ft. The architecture is nice. The A frame in the living room is on point.

Gorgeousness that I wouldn't want to live in amongst because I've really never liked tooo many people in my business to entertain sooo much, plus, I don't have the money for such, but, if I had the money to could choose beautiful as in rich clean housing, I would choose for more so simplier housing with some beautiful luxury in amongst the house connections, but, I wouldn't want a house sooooooo big as shown by attached video show, I wouldn't want nor desire house sooooooo big with so much luxury in, and some of the awesome luxuries I really wouldn't use much that's just my fair of legal beliefs.😊 But it's really and truly an absolutely beautiful home for persons that would love to have such and could afford such beautifullness.😊
