The stuff coming out us probably dried blood and skin tissue from sticking that thing (which is intended to suck snot out of a babies nose) so far in her ear. I feel you but also, dish soap? Is it because of palm oil? I suggest ear drops that are meant to eat away at the wax kinda like hydrogen peroxide but more oily for about ten minutes. And then you flush it out with normal warm water. Don’t use soap as it can damage your eardrum. My mother is a nurse and she always tells me to never put soap in my ear.
