Hi Catherine, I love your channel. I’ve made many of your recipes and they were all delicious. Have you ever tried steaming your eggs? I’ve had better luck with steaming than anything else. And always using eggs that are a little older. I’m not too far from you in Magnolia.

Well I'm allergic to mushrooms and I may have developed a seafood allergy but not sure I think I will leave those off of my list for this holiday season until I get my allergy test results back enjoy the holidays
