This song and the whole album helped me get through my first terrible breakup. 20 years later (how has time flown so fast?!?) this newly reimagined version is definitely making these few months after my first divorce infinitely easier to get through. Since I first heard it when Blink the Brightest came out this has been the song that I want played at my funeral. The cadence and emotion of the song as well as the message of the chorus is what I want people to think about as they remember me and have to go on without me.

I love T-Bo and her music. The only time I’ve gotten to see her live was with Blue Man Group in Rochester NY some years ago. Such talent!
