Counting Crows’ vocalist literally sings a completely different melody and rhythm live and it’s most annoying thing in the world - at least she retains mostly the same vocals - and she’s a good vocalist at that. I’m all for bands and artists messing around with their own songs but they have to realize a number of people in the room have never seen them before and have a certain expectation.
