James Clear is awesome. loved that quote. Really been enjoying the content. Thanks. I read something "There's no limit on self improvement." Been working on myself as a person a lot the past few years. Trying to grow and forgive, its been a journey

A great break down of the goal setting process. This is beneficial whether you are a specific goals setting type of person or more of a loose goals setting type.

A great time to see this video topic, right in the middle of trying to change how I roll in life. Turned 50, so a mid life crisis review of sorts 😅. Thank you.

Irony of my story I am a professional organizer. Love helping my clients de-clutter. More satisfying when they text me to tell me they are able to find something and causes them less anxiety. Client texted me the other day saying she was excited to cook for her kids which she had been avoiding for long time. She was able to find everything needed to make a meal and easy clean up. I have collected my clients items when they declutter they give to me or they pay me to remove items. So know I have storages of others people clutter. lol However I go shopping in my storage bins and find items I need and maybe don't need or I make extra money by selling them. Go figure. Read to de-clutter my de-clutter.

Really, that H.D. Thoreau quote should be applied to all experiences we want to take with us in the afterlife, not just going into the woods. 🪻

This is great! For the past few years I've been doing something similar that I call an "annual reset". The main task is simply setting up my bullet journal for the coming year, but a lot of time and energy is spent figuring out the layout and deciding what spreads will go in it that will help me move in the right direction. And, well, to know what tools to use, I must first know what direction I'm going in, so it inevitably becomes a moment of self-reflection as well.

I really like the minimalist aesthetic but my problem is after I clear everything away I don’t have anything to replace it with. Just this feeling of emptiness. 😔

Your clips are informative and essential for a stress free life. Minimalism is the way of all biblical prophets and the Japanese have perfected the art of minimalism. You have seen the light.

i always doubted if travelling every holiday isn't worth the hype, because the activities do seem repetitive i have only travelled once, not even for tourism. it was terrible because i had motion sickness, and couldn't eat the delicious cake i bought from the airport. it was expensive and it was mine. but my sisters ate it:( however, this video is really comforting, because i always wished my family would travel in holidays.. but i guess not all that glitters is gold. more money for my future piggy bank ig

I've come to the realization recently that I just want to live simple. I've tried the career, kept up with the joneses, and had a long-term relationship. I've gotten rid of my place to live, ditched my new truck for an old car, left my relationship of 13 years, and moved back home to reset. The typical American way is not what my soul craves. I dont need these material things. Im not embarking on my new journey into the simple life. Have a great day, everyone, and never forget to follow your heart. You dont have to follow these societal guidelines and compare is despair.
