This is clearly not your average self improvement channel, your realism and video quality punches way above your subscriber count. Can't wait to see you blow up

No one talks about chronotypes enough!! I also studied sleep and circadian rhythms, and it largely had an effect on my mood. I now wake up around 9-11AM, but because of the “morning routines” i always see in Shorts, I kinda feel bad because there’s this notion that you’ll never be productive unless you wake up at 5… But in my experience, following my natural circadian rhythm made me more emotionally stable, and I still find time to be productive during the night.

Being more emotionally stable = living a better life, and isn't that what self-improvement is about? Good stuff.

Yes! A disc golf video! (That’s not a disc golf video!) Love that you didn’t even mention disc golf in the video at all. Just let the beautiful sunrise field work session B-roll speak for itself! Getting outside and playing at sunrise is such a great way to start the day. Keep up the great videos & inspirational videos.

There is definitely not a one-size-fits-all approach for morning routines. I love that my morning routine helps me accomplish something without having to think about it. Chronotypes are fascinating! Great video!

Thank you. I've always felt bad that some days I just don't have the strength to stick to my routines (I'm diagnosed with bipolar disorder so some days to weeks are really tough). I just want a calm morning for my brain and emotional regulation.

I absolutely feel that.

I agree with your assessment of most morning routines. I like that your morning walk is simply 15 minutes. I begin my day by making my bed, telling myself I just completed the first task of the day (Adm. McRaven). I end my morning routine with my morning cleanup. The mundane task of cleaning the toilet (Matcha Samarai) is out of the way. Then I can focus on what is important for the day.. My breakfast varies according to the day of the week, and what I may have planned.
