It is beautiful to see how the deep routed consciousness with earth and the heritage you are burdened expresses itself . Excuse me with my terminology because in these times I feel you get not the right resonance in this materialistic and disconnected human consiousness . It's a beautiful documentary to watch, set in beautiful locations and talking about the positive effects of yoga. 🙏 However, I found it uncomfortable to watch women practicing yoga or hulla hooping exposing too much their bodies in public places in India. The documentary is mostly portraying young and skinny women doing very advanced ashtanga yoga sequences. Far from reality of my simple daily hatha yoga practise, which also transformed my life profoundly.
