I have to take time and tell you something Great job and well done man! My company policy on this install is very similar to yours. Your demo is easy to follow and implement to individual situations. I do question the piercing of all wire jackets…we would actually find the connection before piercing a jacket and possibly allowing a water/fluid/debris contact situation Please continue making your fun easy to follow and excellent content for all of us!

The H7 are also an additional high beam for a 4 high beam setup or is it disable in the USA to meat the local regulation ? (NA only allows 75,000cd for high beam vs 140,000cd the EU). One mod you should consider is swapping the OEM bi-xenon projector for a new unit like the mini D2S 5.0. They are usually better, especially when the OEM unit is older and looses performance (burned bowl).

I run LEDs everywhere I can on most of my vehicles --- and I also use a GMRS radio in all of them too. It seems that the headlights emit a signal that makes a high frequency noise in a couple of my vehicles and is audible when I broadcast only - I cannot hear it on receive. I've added RF filters on those two vehicles, but the noise gets through anyway. Is there a brand of LED headlights series that is quieter for people like me who use 2-way radio communication? . Perhaps a video on that problem would be good.

DO NOT BUY !!!!!alpharex nova for the Ram there warranty is terrible got my lights in Jan 2021 had problems with the DL they gave me a hardest ones after that no more #Warranty they wouldn’t help me out anymore. A year later the low beams went out. I purchased another harness and the capacitor. It doesn’t fix the low beam. They told me the board is bad I’d have to purchase a single light for $800 Guess what they don’t have the single light now I have to either buy a whole new set. Why would I do that when morimoto has a five-year warranty no-brainer

Are morimoto d2h made with phillips bulbs as well?
@HeadlightRevolution2 күн бұрын
At the heart of the XB D2H bulbs is the 100% Philips quartz glass that houses a capsule from APL-USA. Using high quality halide salts from German-supplier Messer; the bulbs produce nearly the same lumin Osity (intensity) as the amazing Osram CBI bulbs at 5500K.

How can I adjust left and right? I couldn't find a screw so I reversed the up and down
@HeadlightRevolution5 күн бұрын
There is not a vertical adjustment on these headlights, only up and down adjustments. To align the headlights, get a #2 philips head screwdriver and insert it into the top cutout section of the housing. Rotate the screwdriver counter clockwise to move the headlight beam up and counter clockwise to move the beam down.

Honestly....the only thing you can do about someone with bright or misaligned headlights is flash your own beams or tap your brake lights..and that's about the most useless activity ive ever witnessed on the interstate. I have been driving a 2018 volvo VNL for 6 years with SAE led factory headlights that are correctly aimed...but some people still think i have my brights on. I just believe too many Americans are Photosensitive. Too much TV and cellphones, always driving at night and wearing sunglasses in the daytime all the time.

My 589Fab winch bumper and 10k Warn winch with synthetic rope, combined cost less than 2 LP6’s and 2 LP4’s. Make it make sense. I’m sure they are extremely good lights but comparing them to the worst lights available isn’t fair. There are several, very good budget brands that costs 1/4 of BD

Great video. I recently replaced my headlight housings, as my old ones were very milky and cloudy, and cleaning really didn’t improve light output. Well once I installed the new one the light output was much greater, but I noticed my beam was aimed too low to the street limiting my light output distance greatly. Once I adjusted them following you method, it made such a world of a difference with road visibility. I barely have to cut on my high beams unless I’m on a really dark country road. Your instructions were very clear and concise.

I thought something was wrong because my previous vehicle used the projector and reflector combo. The high beams used a separate bulb with the reflector.
