I have found your videos to be so helpful. I am having this surgery on 12/30/24 and you answered questions that I didn’t even know I had! Thank you for sharing your experience. Understanding that ‘healing isn’t linear' will assist in feelings of discouragement I would have probably faced. Hoping you are doing great 2 years post-surgery!

Hi, no crocodiles or pythons in this river ever. Also this was during winter - the water was between 8 and 10 deg C, so I wasn’t worried about other snakes.

I got my surgery a month ago and can barley do physio because of the pain and I have to take extra pain medication to go to a restaurant. I am still in constant pain is this just me??

Hey, thanks for your comment. No, the sea stars are completely harmless. You can pick them up safely. They are amazing. However the black spiky sea urchins can be dangerous ... as you don't want to stand on those and get their spikes/spines into your skin. You don't specifically need water shoes, because even with water shoes you don't want to step on sea urchins. Just keep an eye out not to step on any of them, especially at low tide. I did also come across some jellyfish which can be dangerous, but don't worry about those too much. Enjoy this beautiful destination.

Yes I am! I did have one mapping issue but spoke to TP-Link support and they helped me reset the RV. I’ve however decided not to use the RV for mopping as I think results are mediocre and it puts more strain on the device and possibly shortens its lifespan. Other than that this RV is absolutely amazing. Makes cleaning such a breeze and makes it fun.

@@jasonzuniga2587 I like it a lot, I think it's a very good deal compared to what other brands are offering. Mind you, this is my first robot vacuum so I don't have anything to compare with but I think it does a great job (vacuuming, navigating and self emptying) considering the price. The mopping is pretty useless I think, but I'm not using that feature anyway. The Tapo-app is also very simple to use and have all the basic features (scheduling, no-go zones, etc..)

@@jasonzuniga2587 - So far it's working really really well. Had that one mapping issue (as described above), but that seems to have been resolved after resetting it. I use it twice a week for vacuuming and have decided not to use it for mopping, as I think the results are mediocre/poor and the additional wear and tear from the transporting of water may cause additional strain on the device and cause damage/problems over time. Let me know if you get it and how it works for you.

Flew with Kenyan Airways which was ok, but not great. It was however the most direct route to fly. Next time, I’d stay in a smaller resort (we stayed at Riu Jumbo, which is huge) and I’d spend a few more days in Stone Town. I’d also buy more tea to take back home 😃 Hope that helps. Enjoy your trip.

I broke 2 GoPros, they say it's waterproof but it's not true, it often happens that water gets in if you don't have a case. do you think floaty helps also in preventing water from entering the battery door?

Hi, no floaty doesn’t make the camera more waterproof. I’ve generally had a great experience just using the floaty when doing open water swimming, but for scuba and filming in waves I’d highly recommend the dive housing for added protection and waterproofing. Hope that helps.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I had disk replacement on two levels on the 9th of Sept 24. C3/4 and C4/5. I am required to wear a neck brace which is extremely uncomfortable. This is because of a previous fusion c5-c7. But it will only be for 6 weeks. From South Africa, Albert

Perhaps try reformat the card using a different device or try a different SD card to try establish if it’s the camera or the card causing the issue.

I live in the United States and had C6-C7 replaced 1 week ago. The surgeon's office told me to take my bandage off a couple of days ago. I am experiencing some aching in my neck, but nothing bad, and I am not taking pain medication. The surprising issue is that I still have pain when swallowing, and I am still on soft foods. I had pre-existing esophageal strictures, and I think my esophagus is taking longer to heal.
