Hey man. How is your disc replacement holding up? I’m 9 months into recovery and have watched your videos, very interested in how you are doing now.

Hey, thanks for your comment. I’m doing really well and so is my disc replacement. I have occasional tight muscles in my neck and back, but other than that I’m 100%. How are you doing after 9 months? Wishing you a full recovery.

@@Sean_Twomey I’m doing ok, still a bit of residual nerve pain and nausea but I’m coping. That’s really good to hear you are doing well, it’s great to hear success stories.
