I had a similar experience with a skin condition that spread up my legs. As I processed the feelings associated with the skin, I felt a lot of shame and embarrassment. These emotions were deeply hidden. When certain situations or interactions would occur with family members, my skin would itch. Like something was getting under my skin. I realized I was afraid to face the hurt and pain from trauma my whole family experienced. And interacting with family on financial matters brought the past wounds back to the surface. I realized I never fully healed. My skin is now 100 % clear. I attribute my skin condition to my body communicating to me that there was fear and Shame I had not faced. My Excema was an alarm system that showed me I was ready to heal from my past trauma. It was truly a gift and I am so grateful.

we are in the same boat from Singapore to where u are .....let's keep our fingers cross thru the high and low or the duality and balance we will cross the path in the end of no return when we reach death gate ......we hope we can compose and all sing our own songs before THE SHIFT (film)as Wayne dyer describe in the u tube ,...let's believe and soak into nature and find out balance in the flow state of our mind and continue to believe that the lord prayer will grant us the passage and forgive us of our sins and set up free again when the judgement day shall come .......despite of the reality we feel about LIFE .And at the end of rainbow someday we can be united again with more colourful memory of Love and it's real essence
