A great addition to this video would be some information on the equipment profile used in your recipe editor. Evaporation rate, mash tun losses, etc. These are going to vary from system to system and if would be a great starting point for folks new to 3V or HERMS systems.

MoreBeer support tells me the under-kettle heating elements are not replaceable. That's a problem if a replacement is ever needed.

Never brewed a Russian river kit, but I have brewed many of your kits and they are all great. Just recently did the BareBottle Brewery after watching the videos, which turned out better than expected.

Where did the after dark videos go?? I have questions, like how can I get good red color into a beer? Maybe make a hazy red IPA for Christmas? Fr,om my research so far, it seems like hibiscus is my best bet.

The interview with Vinnie was one of the best yet! So good I forwarded to my friends who like beer but don't yet homebrew (likely because I give them free beer I make). Adding a BYO subscription is a nice add to the give aways. I am a long time BYO subscriber of both print and BYO Online. Highly recommend it to all home brewers.

Thanks for this idea! I never thought of a calling hops drink. I make hops 'tea' at night. In the past I tried making same from pellets sold at brewing supply stores. Disgusting! herbal supply stores that sell the 'cones' dry don't tell you what the cultivar is. Are there any supply houses that sell the whole dried cones to hops enthusiasts?
