Some bosses are missing. - Venom vs 2 big guys in San Francisco - Venom vs Shriek and Doppelganger in Times Square - Spider-Man vs Shriek on Manhattan Rooftop - Spider-Man vs Shriek, Doppelganger, Demogoblin, and Carrion in Manhattan Street 1 Not sure if Climb counts as a boss level, since you dodge Shriek’s beams and can encounter Doppelganger. There’s also a secret room in Manhattan Rooftop in which you can encounter one of almost every enemy on 1 health after waiting for several minutes. This includes the Muzzoid and all 5 supervillains.

Well, he actually is the 6th boss. The fivth boss is El Greco
