The first property is doable, Chris could rent a dozer and clear a nice path in a couple days

this seems nice...but here in sweden we must rotate the pedals for the motor to help the bike roll... if it is fixed to roll otherwise it is classed as a unlegal moped and is forbidden to use.

My aunt and uncle had a house built on top of a mountain and it was flat on top large enough to have some cattle on it. they lived there for 50 years. never complained about the road. I think it would make a great place for you two. Nothing like owning your own land.

Tell me why I can't stop watching you guys? Your addicting. My wife was an Olympic swimmer, needless to say she swims like a fish and floats like a cork. We drove by Salt Lake but never went in the water. I can't believe he kissed you, thought I would never see him show any affection toward you. I'm a touchy feely kinda guy, My wife use to be but as she's gotten older she sticks to herself more and is more grumpy instead of me being the grumpy old man she's the grumpy old woman Ha! but hey it is what it is, I still love her and she loves me and that's all that matters. You both look like a cute couple . Friendly advice from experience think about the cost of living in such a property that requires a four wheel drive to get to . A hill is ok but switchbacks going up is a more logical approach and easier to navigate even for a car . If I could find my ideal land with a house it would be in a valley and near to a water supply that runs year round for a possible generator and solar panels set up . Shade under some strong healthy trees and an opening to maybe have a garden . A well to have my own water supply and a root cellar for food storage . Hey if your gonna dream big maybe satellite internet and local over the air tv channels lol . Be safe and enjoy each other , make this life successful and put God first :)😉

Maybe try to put an actual atv battery and not use the jump box as the main battery. I'm saying this because I had a similar problem and I was having issues until I disconnected the jump box when I got a new battery and once I fired it up never had the problem again. And later I had a dead battery from leaving the lights on it I use the jump box and I left the jump box hooked up and everything was fine I think because the jump box was hooked up alone with a completely ruined battery still in the system that was causing the problem but with a dead good battery in the system the jump box was working okay
