Inner lid is the problem with this unit. The plasic knobs easily brake off and the sealing ring cant be changed. Eventually you have to buy a new lid. I think this is a design failure.

So to understand how to use the pressure cooking smart programs, for instance, the Bean/Chili button. Do you put all the items in the pot, put the lid on, select the Bean/Chili button, select start, and that’s it? Or am I supposed to sauté the stuff first, put the rest in the pot, stop the sauté, then selected bean/chili button, put lid on and then hit pressure cooker and wait? New to the instant pot. Thank you.

I need to come up with ideas for lunches every week and lunch meat sandwiches get boring, or cooking something using lots of pots seems like a heavier work load than needed. Hi! Love your videos! I want to buy my first instant pot but after doing some research I still cannot decide which model would be best between the IP Duo or IP Pro 10-in-1. I want one that is over 6L since I like to have leftovers. I like to cook healthy meals and rice, soups, and stews. I used to use my slow cooker for stews and had never used a pressure cooker. Which model would you recommend? Is the price for the instant pro worth it compared to the duo? I’d love to receive your take on it :) Thank you!

Have you tried slow cooking anything? I have seen mostly negative reviews for the slow cook function on Instant Pots in general. How does this upgrade perform? I'd like to know if I should get rid of my 3 slow cooker/crock pots if I buy this. Also is there an air fryer lid available to buy for this one?
