Uhg I'm looking at one right now... but it's already at 135.000 km. Would it still be worth it to go for keeping in mind I drive around 15k a year and like to keep it for like another decade?

Great video, explained many usefull things.... I am about to buy the car to use it as family daily car for the Family of 3 members. I also plan to use it for long journeys and after your comment that the car is really loud I am a bit affraid that it won't be suitable for long trips. I know that it is extra loud in sports mods, but what about the normal mode? How loud is it driving it arround in normal mode around town and especial on the motorway at the speeds around 140 to 160 km per hours? Thanks in advance for the answer.

I am happy to see that you still drive such a amazing car my dude. Myself I bought the same one but 2020 Version 3-4 months ago . So far I am very satisfied,as a former car mechanic I can approve of the car been very good and a solid choice. Yes its interior is lacking but how cheap its made and with the features it has,its affordable to repair too. I rather have such replaceable and easy to get parts then a expensive AF dashboard made out of Wood or Leather. The i30N's flexibility in terms of Tuning is endless. You Buy the car because its a Hot Hatch,Because it has a simple yet fun Engine and because its part of a astounding community of car owners. I had 0 trouble with mine ever since I bought it (Apart from the previous 2 owners abusing the absurd amount that tore the from summer tires to drag/drift tires) The Hyundai i30N I would recommend for Car enthusiast of any kind that wants to have a good car and to take care of it.

Very good english. Do you know what exactly would be the city(Frankfurt) consumption in heavy traffic? Does it go over 13? Also, any problems with carbon deposits on valves after 100k km(direct injection known issue). Thanks

Tip Pull handbrake. Let go of the gass. Try to make the back of the car go first into the corner then throttle to maintain or pull your self in.

what we realy wanted to know was after 100k how much to maintain the car , did anything break or need replacing ,how many sets of tyres and break pads did you go through , is it a good practical long term daily driver , stuff like that , all you done was give us car specs which is what we already know .

something that really helps me with this kind of stuff is having a racing sim setup. if you have a pc that can run kind of strenuous games id recommend beamng drive since thats about as close to reality as you'll get. you can learn how to drift along with other very useful techniques with no concequences and it translates really well into the real world. you'll feel safer on the road and more comfortable with loosing traction in bad situations. just make sure you account for real world things though, like transmission and differential damage. specifically if you have an automatic. it can be easy to break axles, cause transmission temps to rise dramatically, cause problems inside of your differential, etc... manual transmissons are typically a little more forgiving in terms of wear besides the differential. but theres always risks that aren't simulated. also dont be too confident with racing sims. they're helpful because they let you understand the physics at play. but they dont simulate everything. a lot of people think they're invertable because they can drift in beamng drive. truth is a lot of sim games dont simulate ice well. ive found dirt in beamng is the most simular, but still far from the feeling of snow. full on drifting in the snow with transfers and mongie's is a good way to loose complete traction of the front wheels which is what matters. especially since grip on ice is very unpredictable. just get to know your car specifically and understand real world risks and inconviences. it also helps to know how weight is distributed in your car. fwd cars are typically front heavy since there's no rear drivetrain components.

Brother I will tell you I have a nice dandy setup with an e break, shifter, wheel and pedals, and the second I ripped the e break for the first time this winter I was so amazed at how well of a job beam has done. I’ve spent 2.5k hours (roughly) driving in that game and I said out loud “it’s just like the video games!” Myself, am a very confident driver. I honestly thank beamng for this. Beamng and a wheel taught me everything I needed to know before hopping in the vehicle for the first times. You are right with the ice, but every other aspect is simulated so perfectly that my skill was already so advanced hopping into the car. I have a nack for driving things - I typically am just good at operating vehicles (not like Cats or industrial shi) but I wouldn’t be where I am without Beamng. Drifting my fwd with the handbrake in the snow is different because of the different physics experienced with FWD vs RWD. I am able to practise/already had practiced that skill and it translates perfectly. Beamng is the best game. And then when I want to get fun, hop on assetto corsa and cut up no hesi. I have yet to get into assetto corsa drifting partially because I’ve gotten so nice with Beamng

Hi :) looking to buy the 2022, little faster i think. But how is the sound inside when crusing and acceleration. Is it quite or can you hear the exaust sound ? Everytime people make sound test, they make pops and bangs in tunnel, but i wanna know how it is without bangs. Is the car still fun to drive and still sound good for you ?
@differentdriving9282
@differentdriving9282 2 жыл бұрын
Well like many other cars in its category the i30N has a sound generator wich plays artificial enginesound into the cabin. So yeah you can hear plenty especially in sport and N mode.
