Think y'all are confused. Playoffs start 12/20 so teams that lose the CCG get a bye week before the first round. The conference title game winner gets 3 weeks off with the bye round

The issue is that if you don't play for conference championship, but are in the playoff, then you get a week off to get healthy, that the conference loser doesn't get.

All season the OL, run game, elite receiver corps been getting disrespected by Longhorn pundits but the last two games have finally killed that nonsense. We’re relying on a third string RB running 30+ times to secure wins instead of our mega hyped third year QB who has elite weapons 6 deep.

Difference between the two teams was depth, imo. Physical dominance late by both our lines was the story. Banks went out and Texas didn’t miss a beat subbing Goosby. Wisner is the third RB and look what he is doing.

What Texas didn’t do is just as important. Blue only 5 carries is a key to the game and one that should carry forward. Wisner has shown he can go 20-35 carries AND protect the rock. Blue on passing downs only as a receiver not in protection. Until he can show some ball security don’t put him in traffic.

Wisner was coached by a former NFL and Texas state running back Dosoto headcoach Claude Mathis and with the development from Tashard Choice is a huge part of Wisner upcomings. So stay tunnned by a more Wisner approach against Georgia

I mean, it sort of helps a lot he has the best defense in the country, a top 3 OL in the country, a RB that's elevating to legend status, and good WRs to throw to. Combined with a coach that schemes open great opportunities. He literally has everything a QB could ever hope to have backing him up. Yet he's still very inconsistent and streaky
