Playing as the Arbiter as the first time is mind blowing. Also bit of trivia for you since you were killed by a Jackal sniper earlier on. Jackal Sniper are notorious in the Halo community because of this game. On Legendary difficulty, Jackal snipers can 1 hit you. They are also incredibly accurate and rarely ever miss. Going through the streets on Legendary means you need to take your time, or else you will be sniped haha. Even on lower difficulties they're still tough.

Do you remember that moment in Iron Man 2 when Tony fires off some epic shot & Rhodey's response is "nice, nice"? That's the sound I make all through your playthrough :)

I'll never get tired of seeing new players react to being able to play as the Arbiter for the first time.

I found out that the reason why the turrets are so awkwardly placed in cyro station was because the devs originally wanted you to be able to pick them up and move them but they didn't have that feature until halo 3.😢

1:30 the halo community is pretty big and the good old days are pretty beloved among us. So we love to see other player getting into the this franchise, even if it isn't the first ride. But propably the most influence to this thinking was our childhood. I would bet an arm that every halo fan played halo split screen with friends or family at home on the couch back then. Nowadays, videos like this are the closest you can get to that experience.

Hey you videos are great 😊 this one seems to get a lot of first time players on volume issues but even with it didn't really matter. Your gonna love the halo series I think. Play all the games they are all different... They are all at AT LEAST good... 3 is my favorite reach is perfect. It's like doom but less angry more sci Fi super human navy seal-ish 😂 oh then religious aliens with political agenda refer to Chief as THE demon 😂 no fps game is more iconic. A picture of master chief was found on one of Osama bin ladens hard drives. Lmao I couldn't erase this comment it's meant to be funny. If anyone doesn't like something I said... What would chief do? For CE, there were a few areas where the flashlight was meant to be used and the new graphics just brightened the maps making the flashlight irrelevant. I don’t remember much flashlight play in H2, no real loss in playing HD graphics in H2

You figured that out correctly. 20:45 you might missed the explosion in the background. Outside of the station. Another station exploded because the covenant deployed a bomb there. Not sure if you missed it.

Also your reaction to the old graphics is valid haha. Halo 2's original graphics have held up the worst. I think Halo CE's old graphics look better because of their style. Also I don't think Halo 2's original graphics have proper shading.

It's always seeing another player's reaction to the Halos. Halo 2 has lots of fantastic moments, I look forward to seeing your reactions to those!

19:25 plasma weapons shred shields way more effectively, but bullets kill faster. At least a that was my findings playing the franchise

two tips: plasma weapons damage shields of enemies faster than bullet weapons. Once shield is destroyed, use bullets to finish the job. plasma pistol can charge a shot (hold fire button). When fired, it destroys a shield in one hit. Very usefull against Elites. Dual wield a plama pistol and a smg, very good combination,

they did such a good job with the cinematics, really pushed home the feel Bungie tried to give in the old jank ones. My new favorite pass time activity is just watching people experience halo for the first time, so fun

so, you finished CE. This one was more like of an alien action shooter which turns into a horror game pretty much in the middle. Bungie was well aware that this was a one trick pony, so they doubled down on story telling and world building. I am very sure, you will enjoy the different approach of Halo 2 and especially the cinematics. Blur outdone themselves. You should play Halo 2 mostly in new graphics, because OG Halo 2 looks pretty ugly, due to time constrain during development and many difficulties Bungie had to overcome

2:55 as a bit of a Classic Graphics purist, I can actually understand why some people would wanna use the newer graphics in darker sections, although I would like to point out that you do have a flashlight. One of the things I don't like about Anniversary vs Classic is that 343 changed the sounds of the guns.

i have to say. this is the first i have seen from you as it just randomly popped up on my recomended list and i am only 4 minutes in. but you might be 1 of the few i can actually enjoy watching play halo and not just see what you think of the cinematics. the way you play and shoot is just miles ahead of any other streamer who i have seen playing this. and the only reason sofar for this is the way you handle that plasma pistol. its just perfect and as it should be. in halo ce this weapon, especially on legendary if you ever try this, is just overpowered. its the most common weapon in the game, does alot of dmg and you can fire it as fast as you are able. combine this with the overcharched for longer ranges it is the ideal weapon for any playthrough on any difficulty.
