I was having really bad pain when walking at age 28 which became unbearable. Im 2 days out of Knee Arthroscopy, My ortho tried the shot and therapy for a while & nothing helped. How has your recovery been? Ive kept my leg mostly Iced & Elevated

If you follow all that that they want for therapy, you should be ok. It takes a couple months But it’s pretty minor surgery

Hi! I live in Sweden, and here it's very uncommon to eat canned food unless you're going camping. 99% of meals are made with fresh ingredients, and the meat is usually fresh or frozen. Is it common to eat canned food on a daily basis in the U.S.?

Not really. Depending on how you cook. But our food system is terrible. This is our Prepper pantry, so mainly storing food for emergency use

We make pizza crust Can of chicken with mozzarella cheese and an egg. Mix flatten on a sheet pan and only bake for 8 min at 375 Chicken salad Anything that calls for rotisserie chicken can be substituted for canned chicken

I shop like you do. I get everything in the beginning of the month that I'll need or want for that month. I'm 71 years old and live alone. I'm retired and living on a limited income. Thankfully, God blesses me that I'm always able to get it all. Plus, I'm usually able to add to my stock up in my pantry. I buy in bulk and break it down in packages for myself using my seal-a-meal. I also am about to make bigger batches of food for leftovers and also to use my seal-a-meal to freeze some. God bless you and your family.❤
