In a sense, yes. Kilpoth is the inverted or lower portion of the Tree of Life. It's seen in most visual representations of Kabbalah, beneath Malkuth. It is the inner part within each of us.

Considering we are starting with 3% awakened consciousness and that even 10% will result in quite powerful experiences, I'd say that's plenty to get one started on their spiritual path. If we are awakening more and more consciousness then a partner will spontaneously and naturally arrive in our life, without the usual 'egoic searching' we all are familiar with -- so best to focus on our work wherever we, single or already in a relationship. If we are interested in the teachings, then our inner master, our inner buddha, etc, is pushing us to do the work to realize our true purpose.

Usually these are our own egos. The way we perceive the person we are encountering can tell us a lot about that ego within us. (Also, apologies for the late reply!)

The Empress is a symbol of the archetype that is our Divine Mother. So in that sense yes, but of course it goes deeper. To really comprehend this, study is not enough. One must learn how to reach deeper and deeper meditation through daily practice. With enough patience and intention to comprehend, our Being can teach us.
