been riding from 3 years old to 60, but had a fall when I was a teenager where I broke my back and got compression fractures down my spine. I longed to be with horses so much that I dreamed of riding every night for years. Finally I inherited an elderly ex trotter who is a bit of plodder - I ride him bareback and saddled up - we are a couple of old ninnies together... but it doesn't matter. Every night I go out to the paddock and cuddle him in my pyjamas, he comes right up for a scritch behind the ears. We have a gentle arrangement. nobody else can catch him, I come out of the back door and he canters up. puts his head on my chest. My gorgeous big old boofer.

i always say 'just one more time i promise!' and do it like 6 times again then change the rein haha!
