Bonus Tips: *They're always behind you. (always check your back) *Save incindiary for Patrols(if you can't avoid them) and bombs for Bosses. *Don't spam attacks. practice on your defense(Blocking, Pushing, Dodging) as it will come in handy especially in higher difficulties(Slayers and Zealots are exempted because offense is their only defense lol) *Don't be that selfish player who hogs all healing items (healing self then taking another healing item, leaving none for players who need it the most). *Don't be that player who prioritizes the score over teamwork(specially in higher difficulties), scoreboard doesn't matter nor does it give you better rewards, completing the mission does. *When being targetted by a boss, don't hit back, blocking and dodging is key, leave the damage dealing to your other teammates, when the boss changes target you can start dealing damage again.

400 hrs is not enough to make a guide, you didnt even mention the different types of bosses, their attacks etc. Blindly saying to use bombs on bosses when best used on patrols etc... the guide from 8 years ago is better

Everytime i play this, i always shout Globadier = Spitter Assassin = Hunter Packmaster = Smoker Rattling Gunner = Mini gunner Warpfire Thrower = Flame trooper Life leech = Fat sucker Blightstormer = Annoying fat guy Stormvermin = Armor rat Savage = Axe bald guy Mauler = Green dozer Chaos Warrior = BULLDOZER!! Chaos Warrior (with shield) = SHIELD DOZER!! Bestigor = Big goat Bearer = Big goat with flag (It's way easier to remember the "alternative" names for me)

Very helpful for NG+, but you didn't mention the need to repeatedly stop at Wolf (The Den) to sell the contraband, in order to avoid being scanned and arrested when entering new systems. Were you able to do this without getting caught? Or did you just not mention that in the video? If there's a workaround, I'd love to know it!

Elven : mage , sorcerer weapons Dwarven anything else . Armor , weapons.

Nah it's Dwarf everything. The Knockdown power far surpasses anything raw DPS could bring. Stunned, Staggers and knocked down enemies let you do more burst DPS. Full Dwarf on Staffs with 2 Vehemence Rings and Warrior Dominance Augment will let you knock down or send flying any regular enemy with one cast of Frigor. Even Saurians who usually require two. So even when you think Mage/Sorcerer has their own niche they don't.

Yes you are correct. But that was not the point of the Video. I just explained everything someone should know about the smithing paths. But thanks for pointing that out for other people to read.

@@MagiusNecros so the magic as knockdown power ? Not the physical atk ? A staff with more knockdowns power will do more dmg . I was thinking you are not hitting with a staff so no knockpower lol .

@@Joker-TMF Spells have their own individual KD properties that can be boosted alongside a Staffs base KD along with the boosts provided by Warrior Augment, and 2 Vehemence Rings. Elven would be worth considering if difficulty was harder but by endgame You don't need any ranks in Smithing to quickly kill stuff so you can reasonably go with whatever you want. 20 atk to main stat just won't compare to 100+ additional knockdown. It's very evident on stuff like Frigor, Thundermine, Flare, and Meteoron and Maelstrom. Can't say I'm too thrilled on everything being funneled into Dwarven Smithing. Makes the game too boring compared to it's predecessor.

@@MagiusNecros thx for that info I was upgrading my two pawn staff second time with elven because I maxed all my other weapon with dwarven lol . I’m lvl 92 . So my fun is to upgrade gear because there’s nothing more to do lol ! Never played the first but after reading everyone the DDDA look really better in a lot of things.

When in doubt go dwarven. You get maybe 20 more attack from going elven/battahl but you get some 200 more knockdown by going dwarven on most items.

Yep. It's the easier, faster way to unlock dwarven smithing imo. On my third playthrough I ran straight to the volcanic island to get it unlocked right away.

Great video! Short and sweet with clear info and visuals. Just a lil note: you can also get Dwarven forging by helping the elderly dwarf on Volcanic Island. Once you help him, you can visit his home and enhance equipment from there. It's a bit out of the way though, so unlocking the Dwarven smith in Battahl is much better.

Well you got a couple of things wrong. 1) You can also unlock Dwarven Smithing by escorting a dwarf near the beginning of the Volcanic region to the hotsprings to help recover his back. Mind you it's something most people may not notice if they prefer to do quests acquired in towns instead of quests you get during exploration. 2) Not only can you unlock Dragon Forging early on by exploring without going through the boarder town, but also if your gear isn't maxed out in forging augments then when you Dragon Forge that material it won't get a major boost to stats & will only have its weight cut in half. Admittedly though I haven't tried Dragon Forging a piece of gear before maxing it yet because of that very issue but now that I think about it I might take 2 copies of the same item with one maxed & the other not maxed, Dragon Forge both, then see if when I do max out the non-maxed one if they'll have the same stats in the end.🤔

I know I'm answering late but it's because both of them are a message in a social wheel you can easily access by holding U (I think that's the default key). I'd love to have "you're welcome" message too but "yes" is the closest we have

It is the Drake Knight Armor with an altered chest piece. The altered commonors headband is my head piece.

Couple notes for this, having 20 end is a bit overkill (unless you really want to have 16 more stamina ) as stamina regen beats out raw amount of stamina. END is best for equip load purposes. So stat wise. Starting with vegabond, you can go- Vig: 55 Mind: 30 End: 12 (still medium rolls) Str & Dex: 18 (if not changing for purely keeping same weapon choices) Faith: 80. Youre a lot more durable & can swap out fire scorpion for erdtree+2 in order to max out vigor (1886 total not including great runes if you use) & have bonus end anyways+ equip load, without taking more physical damage. For seals, erdtree is only better unt you dual use seals. The seal passive damage stacks, so if you stick to primarily giant flame incants (fell god, burn o flame, giant flame, flame fall, o flame, surge o flame, whirl flame) you will get a 33% bonus damage to it in total due to multiplicitive bonus. Also instead of using holy into fire resistance, use lightning spear incant or pest threads.

@ToBeGoated I know it wasn't the direct feel of your build & didn't want to change the core identity of stats. Given DLC is usually the hardest content in these games being able to shift some things around for overall more damage & survivability without sacrificing the actualy theme of the build I thought could be helpful! It's quite a different take from own PvP pyro build I use which is always enjoyable to see others builds!

At 80 faith I think the faith knot crystal tear is a bit overkill. I mean yes, damage higher is good, but at least me personally I'd likely use one of the defensive options such as the opaline hardtear to try and offset the reduction in absorption from the fire scorpion charm. Additionally use of crab meat would be good in offsetting the downsides as well. Other than that I love the build you've got going on.
