plasma cutter and force gun is all you really need. Between stasis and gravity well, nothing will get close to you. A well placed gravity well and normal attack from force gun, you can dispatch the entire room of enemies in one go. I cannot express how satisfying that is.

@@bombomosyeah I steam rolled my first play through with the flamethrower, game literally forced me to use it since I had shit load of ammo for it too and barely for any other weapon

Force gun is my go to on dividers. Two blasts and they're little more than a red splatter on the floor

Another Tip u forgot.. I always Save an Power node for supplies room.. It can save ur gameplay...

Guardians are one of the easiest enemies to kill. As soon as you see one throw Stasis at it. The stasis will actually kill the guardian on its own so you save your ammo. If you do it before they spit out a pod then you don’t need to use any ammo at all but if they do then one shot from the Plasma Cutter will take out the pod. Also when a bloater releases the little plucked chicken looking enemies then just Stasis them as that will kill them as well, same for the dividers.

Will the hand cannon carry over to the other save files or only the impossible save file?

When you complete the game on Impossible, you will be able to start a NG+ with a Difficulty of your choice. The Suit and the Hand Cannon are not available in a New Game, where you start the game fresh. At least from what I can tell. And there is no carry over, I just checked.

You'll have to start the game fresh, so no NG+ Save state. I tried it myself, but it did not let me pick a higher difficulty than Hard on my NG+ selector screen.
