It is not a carol. It resembles a Byzantine kontak in Arabic, which, together with the Troparion of the Nativity, represents the synthesized essence of the hymns of the Nativity of the Lord.

I've heard the Nativity troparion and kontakion in both Greek and Old Slavonic many times for a Roman Catholic. This is neither. It is stunning. It is Arabic, likely Melkite or Antiochian. Just glorious.

Christmas music is Christian whatever language it is sung in. Christian belief in Jesus Christ as the Messiah is based on his fulfilling OT Scripture prophesying of the promised Messiah. The majority of the Jewish population all over the world do not believe that Jesus was the Messiah, and that is their right!
